The Adelaide CD, Record, DVD and Comic Sale has been going for many years…

The first ever fair was held on the first Sunday of May 1983 at the Hackney Hall.
It then moved to the Norwood Town Hall between late 1983-1986 and Elizabeth High School during 1987-1988 before spending some time at Payneham and Glenelg during 1989. For seven years (1990-1997) it was at the Woodville Town Hall before relocating to the St Clair Recreation Centre (1998 to 2002).

Now days its held at the Royal Adelaide Showground.

Some of the other fair organisers in times gone past
Three D Radio (then called 5MMM) did two (1987 and 1988) at their old Magill Road premises.
There was one fair down at Marion in 1992.
James Orlando did fairs at the Payneham Town Hall (late 1994 - early 1996).
Paul Rivers conducted fairs at the Convention Centre (early 1996 - 2000).
